Yogahealer is a wellness lifestyle coaching business founded by Cate Stillman in 2001. The company helps people thrive in their bodies, minds, and professions by enrolling them in courses aligned with their interests and needs – where they become part of a larger community and receive coaching as well as other specific actions designed to transform them – all through the lens of Ayurveda wisdom.
We are looking for a Membership Coach / Salesperson to meet with prospective members, coach them towards success, and enroll them in our courses. The company has been rapidly growing which is why we are creating this opportunity. This is a critical role for the company and the person will be one of the primary “faces” of the company to our membership.
Manage the sales cycle from inbound leads, through role qualification (working with a lead qualifier) through closing - enrolling prospects as a course members.
Work closely with the sales team, paid-ads team and the organic marketing team to develop a comprehensive sales strategy that leverages their assets.
Develop new leads through innovative thinking and further leveraging our organic marketing efforts
Run course demos with prospects
Work closely with prospects and members to understand any issues and work to resolve
Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in the CRM tool (Infusionsoft)
Act as a subject matter expert in all Yogahealer Coaching courses, books, products, tools, workbooks, case studies and client results - you must understand what we do at a deep level in order to coach prospects to the value of our courses.
Guide prospects through the sales journey - coaching prospects and nurturing them until they are qualified and ready to enroll with the best coaching product to meet their needs
Remain in frequent contact with the prospects and members - understand their needs and maintain relationships with them.
Provide professional after-sales support
Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration.
Weekly performance tracking and records of sales data
Minimum of 5 Years of mid/long-cycle sales experience in a lifestyle / wellness environment
Proven successful track record in sales enrollment and coaching
Experience selling premium market offerings through coaching
Engaging personality - goal driven / builds trust and works well with others
Highly motivated to identify new opportunities to drive sales - proven experience
Strong familiarity with sales and negotiating principles
Ability to pinpoint prospects pain points and accurately assess the value of the courses for both the company and prospect
Knowledge of Salesforce or Infusionsoft is a plus, experience with CRM sales pipeline stages - sales / marketing funnels
Superior organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen combined with passion and enthusiasm.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles - including paid and organic marketing
Superior coaching skills and ability to build relationships
Solid knowledge of Google Suite and a general affinity for leveraging technology to improve efficiency
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects.
Strong communication skills, including verbal, interview, written, chat and social media

Andy has over 30 years of experience successfully helping businesses improve by developing and executing meaningful strategies focused on the long term success of the business. Andy has held senior roles in a number of large multi-national corporations including: E*Trade, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Societe General and Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) – often as a Chief Operating Officer or an in-house consultant.
As he was recently looking to pivot away from large companies and become more entrepreneurial, he has now partnered with his cousin, Cate Stillman, to help grow Yogahealer – leveraging his skills and experience. He is motivated by helping others and finds intrinsic value in solving complex issues large and small – putting the business in a better place and better positioned to grow.
He enjoys working across multiple levels of the organization. He approaches problems with no preconceived notions and relies on a data-driven approach. His orientation is towards simplification, transparency, holistic pragmatism, leveraging tools and managing risk effectively.
