In this Conversation with Cate + Ashley:

- Are modern yogini priestesses more consumer or collaborator oriented with the planet?

Q+A with Cate
Query: Whether it’s for breakfast or dessert, spoonable smoothie bowls are ever more popular. I’d love to hear from you if you have tips on how to make them and are even willing to share a recipe.
Cate’s Answer: If you want to digest your spoonable smoothie bowl, take care to not mix fruit with yogurt or even nutmilks or your belly will bloat. If you want a fruit-based smoothie bowl, use 2 tsp. of chia seeds to thicken and add some nutrient power to your bowl. For example, make a smoothie bowl with kale, alfalfa sprouts, pineapple, banana, chia and water. If you want a grain-based bowl, mix chia seeds with a handful of almonds soaked overnight, and some almond milk, granola and maple syrup.
