Yogahealer Retreat in Mexico
“Wellness providers… I’ll let you in on a little known secret:
To make a bigger impact with your wellness wisdom…. to make a bigger income with your wellness wisdom… you need to take time to work on your business. Refocus your vision. Get new skills. Find out which technology will help you and what will distract you. Get clear on the next level of your impact... and build your income.
I’ve booked a world-class retreat center right near my condo on the Mexican coast. When I’m in Mexico I can see my business more clearly – like when you take a step back to see the whole picture. It’s incredibly nourishing here – the raw beauty. Come and retreat and revision. I’ll be guiding very clear workshops on how to take your career to the next level… and how to take better care of your clients and students. We can create healthier communities together… and the life of your dreams.”

The Yoga retreat at Haramara was literally the absolute best vacation I have ever taken. The surroundings of the retreat center were perfectly glamorous and minimal at the same time. Everyone should treat themselves to this sort of trip at least once in their life if not once a year! – Torrey Newman, Yoga Retreat 2009
Q & A
Do I need a passport/visa?
US citizens will need a passport to visit Mexico, but no visa is required at this time. Nationals of all other countries should check travel requirements well in advance of their retreat.
What airport should I fly into?
Please fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Transfers will be arranged from the airport only. Please schedule your flights to arrive no later than 4.45pm on the first retreat day and leave no earlier than 11am on the last. Same day transfers cannot be guaranteed outside of these parameters.
How far away from the airport is Haramara?
Haramara is about a 40 mile drive north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport, it will take approximately 60min to get to the resort from the airport.
How do I get to Haramara?
Taxis at Puerto Vallarta airport can take you to Haramara. We can help you coordinate or book a cab ahead of time. It’s about a 30-40 minute ride.
My departing flight leaves at 7:00am, can I be at the airport at 5:00am?
Booking a flight earlier than 11am may require you to leave the retreat a day early and stay in Puerto Vallarta overnight at your own expense. Please do not schedule your flight earlier than 11.
Are some rooms better than others?
All the accommodations are spacious and private palm-thatched cabins spaced out over 12 acres. Their cozy interiors inspire feelings of calm and serenity. You will enjoy the closeness of the natural elements, the stimulation of the open-air rooms, private bathrooms and the stunning views.
How about hair dryers?
Hair dryers can be left at home. There are no electrical outlets in the rooms or bathrooms at Haramara but anything that needs to be charged can be plugged in at the Yoga Pavillion or restaurant.
Can I get my laundry done during the retreat?
Laundry service is available. Haramara offers a laundry service based on bag sizes. Cost and bags are in each individual palapa.
Does Haramara have WiFi?
If you need to bring your computer you will need to go into town to connect. Haramara is an internet free zone.
Do I need to bring my own mat, blocks, straps, etc?
No, Haramara has a fully stocked yoga room. You are welcome to bring your own mat and yoga props, but they are not required.
Is there swimming at Haramara?
Naturally! A short walk to a terrific beach for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing.
