Posted at 12:21h, 18 JanuaryExcellent interview! I love Desiree’s honesty about her initial transitions with the living foods diet and the”letting go” of the foods that were once her mainstay.
I received a dehydrator from my husband for the holidays and I appreciated her ideas for “treats”.
The flexibility of the diet ,during her travels , takes away the “worries” about “what will I eat?”
I am just getting grounded in all this and need to hear the experiences of those who have traveled this path!
So Thanks Cate & Desiee!!
Mahalove to you both!

Posted at 18:22h, 31 JanuaryThanks Cate, thanks Desiree for this great interview!!!! I miss the days of Inner Harmony retreats in Utah when I got to hang out with such inspiring yogis like you two!!! I was raw for 6 months in 2008, but your interview is getting me exciting to dive back in once the weather gets warm. And I’m so excited Cate that you are finding ways to integrate raw foods with diet.
Love and light from snowy O-H-I-O!
