Achieve your goals: a workshop with Integral Women’s coach Cindy Lou Golin
At the beginning of a new calendar year there are bucket loads of energy available for positive change. The pendulum swings from the holiday bloat to wanting to lose 10 pounds. From drinking too much to committing to abstinence. We’re acculturated to set big goals. Get a body like you’re yoga teacher. Double your income. Become a minimalist. Simplify everything.
We can get swept up in this cultural pattern. We set goals we aren’t ready for. That we aren’t capable of reaching.
What happens when we set too big a goal? We fail. And what happens when we fail? We stay the same. Let’s not do that. As a super groovy worldwide community of change agents let’s set small goals and reach them.
I’m directing your attention to this free 1 hour workshop Dr. Cindy Lou that I gave last year around this time. I just listened to it again. It’s perennial.
May our 2013 be bold … and grounded in slow simple steps.
How to Achieve Goals: An Integral Approach

Enjoy this 55 minute interview with my brilliant life coach, Dr. Cindy Lou Golin. She identifies how we unwittingly sabotage our goals with our behavior. She will guide you through:
