What a Healthy Detox Should Be

With detoxing being all the rage it’s important to know your options. A healthy detox is as much about your daily rhythms and nature’s rhythms as it is about what are you are and are not putting in your mouth. We tend to become obsessed about what we’re taking out of our diet and what we’re trying to remove from the tissue of our body. Let’s get more obsessed with simply slowing down. Simply going to bed early and getting the rest we need. Let’s focus on what is deeply nourishing.
