Dana is reading High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard, and in it, Burchard talks about how to figure out the 5 steps that will take you to your Wildly Important Goal (or WIG, as he calls it). He emphasizes talking to someone who has reached that goal and asking them what steps they took to get that goal.
