The Shift from self-centered to community-impactful yogis You may have noticed on your yoga path a few shifts. The most obvious shifts at first are about how we feel. What does a plant-based, Ayurvedically-informed Paleo Diet look like? Find out on today’s show. In this episode we go trendy with the hot and hip gastronomical words: microbiome, nutrient density, Paleo, micronutrients, phytochemical, gut bacteria, antioxidants, epigenetics, anti-inflammatories. 5 Steps to Your Reset

A Reset mode is a lovely time out. Often we wait until we’re sick to take time out of life. This sets up a pattern that feeds the disease process. Instead, we can train ourselves to crave a seasonal time out.
When we take time out twice a year to slow down, to rejuvenate, to heal, to reset, we give ourselves a chance to update our habits in line with who we want to be now. And, we update our habits in line with who we want to become.
Detoxes and diets

I’ve been “raw”. I’ve been “ayurvedic”. I’ve even dabbled in “paleo ayurvedic.” We all know labels are limiting. But, we’ve also experienced how specific diets raise our body awareness and teach us new kitchen skills.
Kathryn Budig rocks the dialogue.
Take a moment and reflect – what has shifted in you lately? What is working?
Honor that.
Receive your own growth.
Exhale.
Then, check out this week’s podcast with yogalebrity Kathryn Budig. We both enjoyed each other’s company and the conversation. I find few of my podcast guests can relax and dialogue. Most people like to be interviewed.
